Obituary
Fairplay, MD – Robert “Bo” Litten, 83, of Fairplay, MD passed away on Friday, May 20, 2022 at Doey’s House in Hagerstown, MD.
He was born on March 6, 1939 in Halfway, MD to the late Paul Franklin and Georgia Frances (Litten) Litten.
He was predeceased by his first wife, Glenda (Delauder) Litten in 1989 and his second wife, Susan (Bussard) Litten in 2013.
He was a 1957 graduate of Williamsport High School in Williamsport, MD.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during the Vietnam Era.
Bo was employed with the National Automatic Sprinkler Industry for many years until his retirement.
He was of the Brethren Faith.
He was a member and a past officer of the IORM Tribe #84 and Potomac Post #202 American Legion of Williamsport, MD.
Bo enjoyed racing go karts, stock cars, bowling, and golfing. The last 10 years he enjoyed watching game shows.
He is survived by his daughter Lisa M. Churchey of Fairplay, MD; granddaughter Renee Ingram (Chris) grandson Brandon Churchey (Brooke), great granddaughter Makenzie Wolfe; sister Eileen Plotner and her husband Norman of Fayetteville, PA.
He was predeceased by his brothers Charles Litten and Carl Litten; father-in-law John Delauder; son-in-law Jeffery Churchey.
Graveside services will be held at Bakersville Cemetery at Salem Evangelical Church in Boonsboro, MD on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at 11:00 am with Rev. Richard G. Hembrock officiating.
