Robert E. “Bobby” Rowe, 75 of Hagerstown, MD passed away on Monday, June 8, 2020.

Born March 1, 1945 in Frederick, MD he was preceded in death by the love of his life, his wife, Virginia E. Rowe.

Robert was retired from the United States Air Force. He took great pride as a Training Instructor in his Air Force career.

He loved his little dog Josie and talked about her often.

Robert is survived by his two daughters, Sherry Smith and Ronda Rowe; four grandchildren, Paul J Nathan, Brooke Nathan, Brianna Smith and Sierra Smith; five great grandchildren, Aaliyah Nathan, Lauren Nathan, Kinzlee Nathan, Cameron Hayes, and Ava Smith.

Graveside services will be private.

There will be no viewing.
