Ronald Lee "Ronnie" Guessford

Williamsport, MD – Ronald Lee “Ronnie” Guessford, 57, of Williamsport, MD passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at Meritus Medical Center Hagerstown, MD.

He was born on February 29, 1960 in Hagerstown, Maryland to the late Joseph Donald Sr. and Margaret Virginia Hawks Guessford.

Ronnie attended Williamsport High School Williamsport, Maryland.

Ronnie was a Plumber by trade and worked in the construction field his entire working life.

He attended Virginia Avenue Church of God of Halfway, MD for many years. He enjoyed volunteering his time and participating with his church family.

Ronnie enjoyed mushroom hunting, trips to Ocean City, Maryland each year, playing miniature golf, and spending time with his family especially his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife Diana Sue Deavers Guessford whom he married July 12, 1991; daughters Megan, Heather, and Lindsay; grandchildren Tyson Lee and Juliana Jollee; sister Patty A. Everitt of Williamsport, MD; sister Nancy V. Hoch of Williamsport, MD; brother Joey D. Guessford, Jr. of Williamsport, MD; brother Les L. Guessford of Halfway, MD; several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his sister Donna K. Guessford.

The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Sunday, February 4, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 pm.  The funeral home will be open after 1:00 pm on Sunday for the convenience of family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at Virginia Avenue Church of God Halfway, MD on Monday, February 5, 2018 at 11:00 am with Pastor Shawn Bushman and Pastor A. Paul Harne officiating.  Interment will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park Hagerstown, MD.
