Sherry Lee Younker

Williamsport, MD – Sherry Lee Younker, 72, of Williamsport, MD passed away on Thursday, October 19, 2023, at her home.

She was born on July 26, 1951, in Hagerstown, MD to the late Richard Christzman Sr. and Phyllis Lucille Perrott Zimmerman.

She was a Homemaker.

Sherry was devoted to her family and taking care of her daughter Tori Lyn.

She is survived by her husband, Donald W. “Butch” Younker, Jr. whom she married on July 24, 1970; son Donald W. Younker, III and his wife Angela; daughter Tori Lyn Younker; sister Tina Line; brother Richard C. Zimmerman, Jr. and wife Dawn; grandchildren Sean Younker, Tiffany Harold, and Amanda Giffin; 8 great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a grandson Donald W. Younker, IV and a brother Daniel Zimmerman.

The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, from 6:00 – 8:00 pm.  The funeral home will be open after 9:00 am on Tuesday for the convenience of family and friends.

Graveside services will be held at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park Hagerstown, MD on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at 10:00 am with Rev. Dr. G.T. Schramm officiating.
